Each delivery shows the pickup point and the number of items. Accept the ones you want. The first driver to accept gets it.

What you need

The basics

You will be asked for these when you create your account. Our team reviews every application before a driver can accept deliveries.

  • A smartphone

    Android or iPhone, with mobile data.

  • Your ID or passport

    A South African ID number or a passport number.

  • A valid driver's licence

    You will enter your licence number.

  • A car or motorbike

    With its registration number.

  • An email address and phone number

    So we can reach you about your application.

    Add your name, email, phone number and ID or passport number.

    Add your vehicle

    Choose car or motorbike and enter its registration and your licence number.

    We review your application

    Our team checks your details. You will see your status in the app.

    Go online

    Once approved, switch online and accept your first delivery.

How am I paid?

Drivers are paid for each delivery they complete, based on distance. The details are shared when your application is approved.

When can I start accepting deliveries?

Once your application has been reviewed and approved. Until then the app shows your status and you can check again at any time.

What if I cannot complete a delivery?

Tap Report a Problem on the delivery. It is marked as failed and goes back to the business. Please only do this if you genuinely could not complete it.

Who can see my location?

While you are online or on a delivery, the business and the customer you are delivering to can see where you are. When you go offline, sharing stops. Read more in our privacy policy.
